Build your own custom motorcycle with a RYCA CS Tracker kit. The bolt-on parts are designed specifically for the Suzuki S40 / Savage. Since no welding or fabrication is required, the project can be completed with basic tools and skills. More about the CS Tracker Kit.

Note: The optional high pipe exhaust header is shown in the photos. Currently, it is only available in chrome. If you would like to have your header coated in black (ceramic coating, etc), let us know and we can send it un-chromed.

FUEL TANK
We create your CS Tracker low-profile fuel tank from the stock tank of your Suzuki S40/Savage donor bike. After we receive your tank, the bottom and front sections are cut and removed. New sections are then fabricated and TIG welded, and the tank is pressure tested. As part of the purchase price of a kit, you must supply us with a tank. Otherwise, an additional charge will apply to your kit order. More details.

REAR WHEEL (LACED OPTION)
If you choose the laced rear wheel option, we re-lace your stock rear wheel hub to an 18" rim and (optionally) mount a tire which closely matches the stock front tire. As part of the purchase price of a kit, you must supply us with the stock rear wheel hub of your Suzuki S40/Savage donor bike. Otherwise, an additional charge will apply to your kit order. More details.

PAINT
The fuel tank, seat, and sidecovers of your kit come UNPAINTED. Having your paint done locally or painting the parts yourself is required because: 1. The paint is easily damaged in shipping. 2. You'll want to do some test fitting of your unpainted kit parts before final assembly. It's much easier without worrying about scratching new paint. 3. You can have your parts painted locally for a better price than we could paint them for you. 4. Having your paint done locally allows you to see the actual color in person, color match your parts correctly, and have a custom paint job done to your specs.
